  • This online course brings together Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry and Dr. Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems (IFS) to guide learners in deep self-exploration and healing through compassionate self-awareness and parts integration.   • This foundational 15-hour online course introduces core IFS concepts and skills specifically for working with anxiety, depression, and shame, supporting practitioners in integrating IFS principles into mental health care.   • This 18-hour DBT Essentials course offers a practical introduction to Dialectical Behavior Therapy and teaches key strategies from DBT that can be integrated into clinical practice to help clients improve emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
